Brendan is committed to working with individuals and families who are seeking long term financial security and a comfortable retirement. He specialises in providing advice aimed at simplifying the complexities of financial management and investment markets. Brendan also has a keen interest in assisting his clients with estate planning, philanthropic giving and aged care advice.
Brendan served seven years in the Royal Australian Navy and spent several years working in the building and construction industry before completing his Bachelor of Business degree in 1996. Brendan has broad finance experience having worked as a Certified Practicing Accountant for over 20 years in public practice (taxation) and various commercial accounting roles before joining the financial services industry in 2002.
Brendan joined Bridges in 2003 and established the Bridges Sunshine Coast Branch in 2008.
Brendan holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, a Diploma of Financial Services, a Public Practice Certificate with CPA Australia and is a Fellow Member of CPA Australia. He is also a member of the Association of Financial Advisers and the SMSF Association.

Simon joined Bridges Sunshine Coast in 2009.
He is the assistant financial planner for Brendan. His core responsibilities include client services, stockbroking, strategy development and the preparation of advice documents. Since joining the Bridges Sunshine Coast team, Simon has developed a broad range of technical knowledge and has consistently demonstrated high levels of customer care, service and professionalism.
Simon is also a junior partner of the practice and aspirers to be a long term investment professional seeking to further his knowledge across a range of disciplines.
Simon holds a Bachelor Degree in Financial Planning and is currently completing a Master of Finance and Investments via Griffith University. Simon is also a member of the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia and the Financial Planning Association.

Jack joined Bridges Sunshine Coast in 2015.
Jack has as strong client focus and brings a high degree of efficiency to the administration team. Core components of Jack’s responsibilities include attending to client enquires, the implementation of advice, assisting with the preparation of advice documents and portfolio reviews.
Jack aspires to further develop his technical skills in all aspects of financial planning and strategy development. Jack aims to become a paraplanner with a longer term goal of becoming a Certified Financial Planner® practitioner.
Jack holds a Bachelor Degree in Financial Planning and International Business and an Approved Transaction Staff Authority from Bridges.

Kanice joined Bridges Sunshine Coast in 2015 and has over nine years’ experience working in the financial planning and stockbroking industry.
Kanice is the first point of contact for our clients and is always willing to assist clients with a positive and professional attitude. In addition to her strong client focus, Kanice brings a high degree of proficiency to the administration team. Core components of Kanice’s responsibilities include preparation for client review meetings and liaising with Centrelink on behalf of our clients.
Kanice holds an Approved Transaction Staff Authority from Bridges and is currently completing her Diploma of Financial Planning.
