Meet Jamie Andersen

As a financial planner, I am passionate about working with clients to help them achieve their financial goals, create wealth and increase their financial security now and in retirement. I achieve this by working directly with clients to fully understand their needs and financial goals and researching and tailoring advice that is specific to their circumstances.

With Australia's continually changing regulatory landscape, quality and personalised advice is needed to ensure clients receive timely advice that is easy to understand and relevant to their needs.

I work with a range of clients all at different stages in their life and financial life cycle to help them make informed decisions and empower them to achieve the lifestyle they want.

I help to guide younger clients with setting clear goals and financial targets, managing their cash flow and adopting sound wealth accumulation habits early in their working years.

For those in the middle stages with children and mortgages, I help them plan and implement strategies focused on debt management, tax-effective investing, getting their super positioned correctly and most importantly putting in place plans to protect the family from a financial shock in the event of an untimely death, disability or illness.

For those reaching retirement phase or have already retired, I proactively focus on finding the most effective strategy to ensure their savings will last so that they can enjoy their retirement.

I am passionate about investing and take a keen interest in economics and global financial markets. However, most of all I take great satisfaction and pride in knowing my clients have peace of mind and are willing to refer their friends and family.

I have worked in the financial services industry for over 16 years. During this time, I've worked in areas including Treasury and the financial markets of some of Australia's largest banks, and also provided financial advice alongside partners in a large CBD-based accounting firm.

I am a member of the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA).

Away from the office, I enjoy sports, appreciate spending time in the outdoors and am a keen fly-fishing and 4WD enthusiast.
